Kevin G. / Innovium ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Shikaly mobile application (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data processed through our App.

Shikaly is designed to allow you to play offline. The following data is saved locally on your device (using local storage / SharedPreferences):

  • Game Progress & Statistics: Puzzle completion, move counts, solve times, streak history, daily challenges, and tutorial progress.

  • App Preferences: Audio/sound settings, color theme preferences, and gameplay settings.

B. Third-Party Data Collection

We do not operate our own account registration servers (we do not collect your name, email, or password directly). However, third-party service providers integrated into the App may collect certain information:

  1. Advertising Data (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob)

    • Device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or Apple Identifier for Advertisers - IDFA, subject to iOS permission).

    • IP address and general geographic location data.

    • Ad interaction data (views, clicks, impressions) to serve, personalize, and measure advertisements.

  2. In-App Purchase Data (RevenueCat & Store Providers)

    • Purchase transaction history, entitlement status, and store receipt details.

    • Anonymous RevenueCat user IDs to manage ad-free upgrades or premium content access.

    • Note: Financial data (credit card numbers, billing addresses) is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play Store) and is never accessible to us.

  3. Game Center & Play Games Services

    • If you choose to sign in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services, your player ID, display name, and achievements/leaderboard scores will be processed according to your platform platform settings.

A. Personalized Advertising

  • Android: Go to Settings > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Ads and tap Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization.

B. Game Services Data

You can disconnect Shikaly from Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services anytime via your iOS or Android account settings.

C. Resetting Local Data

Deleting or reinstalling the App from your device will remove all locally stored game stats and preferences.

Shikaly does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain European jurisdictions). Ad networks integrated into the App comply with applicable child privacy laws (such as COPPA). If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
